We highly prioritize placing staff in positions that most closely fit their expertise and passions so they may be fulfilled working at Koinonia, but all positions will require more flexibility than is typically expected in an established school. Individuals with an “all hands on deck” mentality will thrive as we transition from being a start-up school to being an established school. Our Catholic identity includes hiring staff who will nurture an authentically Catholic environment, and we require our staff to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and to be living examples of faithful obedience to the Catholic Church’s precepts.

 

We provide a free, onsite nursery for our staff’s children aged 0-2 years with flexibility in keeping infants in the classroom with their parents. Our part-time Head of School position is ideal for retired school principals, and our part-time instructor positions are ideal for former teachers who now care for or homeschool their own children, retired teachers who would like to spend time in the classroom on a part-time basis, and any other trained educators seeking part-time employment. Our nursery, preschool, and assistant positions are ideal for anyone who loves working with children. Please help us spread the word about these positions!
