Nick & Emma Bulso

Nick and Emma Bulso are parishioners at St. Mary of the Seven Sorrows and parents to four rambunctious boys. Nick is a Nashville native and attorney at Bulso, PLC with bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy from both the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome and from Vanderbilt University. He studied law at Emory University and has been practicing law in Middle Tennessee since 2016. Emma is originally from Opelika, Alabama and has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University. She has been a homemaker since their oldest child was born in 2016 and has been homeschooling her children through the hybrid model since 2021.

Jason & Erin Liuzzi

Jason and Erin Liuzzi are parishioners at St. Rose of Lima and parents to three children ages 1-6. Jason grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Francsican University of Steubenville and a Master of Science in Church Management from Villanova University. He currently works as the Assistant Director of Safe Environment for the Diocese of Nashville. Jason previously taught middle school theology for five years. Erin grew up in Southern California. She has a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and received her Indiana teaching license from Calumet College of St. Joseph. She taught for four years prior to staying home to raise her children and has been teaching in the hybrid setting for almost three years. Jason and Erin relocated to Murfreesboro in 2020 just before their second child was born and have been homeschooling in the hybrid model since 2022.

Ben & Caroline Hartley

Ben and Caroline Hartley are parishioners at Church of the Holy Rosary and parents to six children. Both Ben and Caroline are accidental entrepreneurs, owning and operating two small businesses - Fiat Construction and Fiat Integrative Health. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in both Math and Education. He spent 5 years teaching in the public school system before teaching for two years in the hybrid setting. Although his day job is now in construction, he never misses an opportunity to teach and wonder with his children. Caroline holds a Masters in Nursing and practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Executive Director at Fiat Integrative Health in Cool Springs. Between Ben's love for education and Caroline's love of business organization, they are excited to be part of founding Koinonia for the Nashville community.
